“In the summer of 2008, I had my two bathrooms renovated by Advanced Carpentry Services. One was transformed from a half bath to a full bath and laundry center, and the other was brought from 1958 to an absolutely beautiful and timeless design! Steve worked with me every step of the way-from the drawings and permits to finding the best deals on countertops, fixtures and cabinetry and putting the whole process together. He was always right on time and there when he said he would be, and the job was completed very efficiently. Steve and Mick also paid much attention to detail- perfect sanding, clean lines with painting, beautiful tile work, and even with everything that was happening in my house, there was no mess at all! Steve was careful to put up barriers to keep the dust contained even though both bathrooms had to be totally gutted, and at the end of each day, he vacuumed up everything leaving it neat so I could see the daily progress. He explained everything to me and my husband, so we would really have a good idea how the whole job fit together. His customer service is wonderful – he was quickly available by phone and also responded to emails in a timely fashion. His contract was professional and he did everything promised and more.
